- You are eligible for returns and exchanges if you are not satisfied with your order in terms of fit, size, colour or in case of any defects. You can return the unused items with tags within 7 days from the delivery date in saleable condition.
- Product returns and exchanges policy are applicable for product(s) purchased only from (Goes Good Fashions website) and not from any other retailers/ other online websites/offline.
- Customers should share the images of the product if damaged (or) submit a valid reason for returning the product.
- Customers should return the product only after receiving approval from the Goes Good Fashion customer care team.
- There should be no stains, marks, stitches, holes or alterations in the product caused by the customer.
- All the tags and original packaging should remain intact and should be sent along with the product should be returned in its original packaged condition.
- The original Invoice should be returned with the product.
- The product should reach us in saleable condition.
- Products sold during consumer promotion/freebies are not returnable.
- Please pack the products properly and return them to the address mentioned in the Invoice.
- Please mention the Return Id on the packet.
- Please make sure you seal the packet completely before handing it over to courier partners.
- Please use separate packets for items from separate orders.

Damage Of External Packaging
- On receipt of delivery, if it is noticed that the external packing is damaged or tampered with, we recommend customers not accept the package and raise a complaint with us immediately. We shall handle such issues strictly and directly with the respective courier partner.
- In such an event, kindly intimate us of your order details. Once the package is received back at our warehouse, we will reprocess the order.
